Sporades — Hidden Gem of the Aegean
About the Sporades
The Sporades are four magical islands — Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos, and Skyros — nestled in the northern Aegean. Unlike the popular Cyclades, the Sporades are lesser-known yet equally stunning. Lush pine forests slope directly into crystal-clear water, a marine national park protects rare wildlife, and authentic villages preserve the spirit of Greece as it was decades ago.
This isn't for tourists seeking ruins and photos. This is for those who want real sailing, real nature, and real peace.
Key Highlights

Skyros, the most remote, is a diver's and naturalist's paradise with minimal tourist infrastructure.
The waters surrounding the Sporades are among the cleanest in the Mediterranean. With visibility often exceeding 30 meters, swimming, snorkeling, and diving are extraordinary experiences. The national park is home to the endangered Mediterranean monk seal, as well as common dolphins and loggerhead turtles.
